After signing in, navigate to the Roster section and click "Add Athlete." Enter each athlete's name, grade, gender, and primary events. You can add athletes one at a time or use the bulk import feature to add your entire roster at once.

Yes. TrackCoach360 supports bulk import so you can add your entire roster quickly. Prepare your data with athlete names, grades, genders, and events, then use the import tool to upload them all at once.

Use the search bar at the top of the roster page to find athletes by name. You can also filter by event to quickly see all your sprinters, distance runners, or any other event group.

TrackCoach360 supports 9th through 12th grade plus college-level designations. We cover 13 track & field events including sprints (100m, 200m, 400m), middle distance (800m, 1500m), distance (1600m, 3200m, 5000m, 10000m), and hurdles (110mH/100mH, 300mH/400mH).

VDOT is a measure of running fitness developed by Dr. Jack Daniels. It estimates your athlete's VO2max equivalent based on their race performances. When you log a race result for a VDOT-eligible distance (400m through 10,000m), TrackCoach360 automatically calculates the corresponding VDOT score using the Daniels Running Formula.

TrackCoach360 calculates six training pace zones from each athlete's VDOT score: Easy, Marathon, Threshold, CV (Critical Velocity), Interval, and Repetition. Each zone shows pace per mile and per 400m. These paces update automatically whenever a new race result changes the athlete's VDOT.

VDOT calculations are available for 8 distances: 400m, 800m, 1500m, 1600m (mile), 3200m (2-mile), 5000m, and 10,000m. Sprint and hurdle results are tracked in the system for a complete competitive record but do not generate VDOT scores.

Select a workout type (Easy Run, Tempo, Intervals, Repetitions, etc.), choose the athletes, and TrackCoach360 builds a complete session using their actual pace zones. Each workout includes a warm-up, main set with precise paces for each athlete, and a cool-down.

The workout generator uses your athletes' VDOT-based paces to create sessions tailored to their fitness level. You can choose from multiple workout types and the system handles the pace calculations. Print the workout or pull it up on your phone at the track.

TrackCoach360 supports Easy Runs, Tempo Runs, Cruise Intervals, CV Workouts, VO2max Intervals, and Repetition workouts. Each type targets a specific training zone and is built with appropriate warm-up, intervals, recovery, and cool-down structure.

Shareable athlete pages are read-only links that display an athlete's performance data, race history, and training paces. Coaches can generate a unique link for each athlete and share it with the athlete, their parents, or other coaches. No account is needed to view a shared page.

Yes. You can invite assistant coaches to your team so they can access the shared roster, log results, and generate workouts. This makes it easy to split the workload across your coaching staff while keeping everyone on the same page.

Shared athlete pages display the athlete's name, events, race history, current VDOT score, training paces, and race predictions. The coach controls sharing and can disable the link at any time.

TrackCoach360 offers two plans: Essentials for individual coaches who need core features, and Complete for coaches who want the full suite including advanced analytics, workout generation, and team collaboration. Visit our pricing page for current plan details and pricing.

You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No data is lost when changing plans.

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@trackcoach360.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes all athlete data, race results, and account information within 30 days.
